list decisions (new proposal) decision/voting prefs

The inactive option facilitates decision finalisation when you don't participate whilst you're not regularly monitoring or are away on leave.  It will have no effect unless/until you have the 'vote' right; options won't persist if you aren't logged in.  Future colour preferences may become finer-grained by differentiating unfinalised or pending decisions by expected result and/or current vote, and the page may in future support re-placement of the colour picker (visible on javascript-enabled browsers) and colour sections.

For any colour setting, enter d or default to use the voting-extension provided default colour; leave empty to indicate unset; otherwise provide a background and foreground colour separated by the / character. Neither colour in the pair should be empty. Each should be a valid css/html colour, which is one of the following:
  • rgb(i, i, i) where i is an integer 0=>255
  • rgb(p%, p%, p%) where p is a number 0=>100 to maximum precision of 1 decimal place
  • #HHHHHH where H is a hexadecimal digit (0=>9 or A=>F; case insensitive)
  • #HHH where H is a hexadecimal digit as above
  • Black or Green or Silver or Lime or Gray or Olive or White or Yellow or Maroon or Navy or Red or Blue or Purple or Teal or Fuchsia or Aqua; case insensitive
Obscure colour validation failures can occur due to whitespace preceding ( or % - some browsers are strict about that so the validation of this form is too.
