Purpose

The information collected here can be used to script the generation of skeletal articles for this wiki based on the template, as well as to generate complete listings for different C versions for the GeSHi syntax highlighter. We have many/most identifiers in GeSHi's list already but not all, and the single list that we have doesn't differentiate versions of the Standard.
